Club Constitution & AGM's 

The club adopted a new constitution at the AGM on 9^th September 2017, primarily to comply with new legislation; The Associations Incorporations Act 2015.

The new constitution is based on the Model rules set out in Schedule 2 of the Associated Incorporations Regulations 2016.

Please note - our Association Year is 1st November - 31st October - therefore our AGM needs to be held within 3mths of Association for that year. 

Accordingly, the 2023 Association year AGM will be held in February 2024 (date to be confirmed & advertised).
